— “Harry Potter” star Tom Felton is recovering after falling ill during a golf tournament. TMZ reports the 34-year-old collapsed on Thursday while playing in a celebrity golf tournament at the Whistling Straits golf course in Kohler, Wisconsin. It’s unclear what lead to his collapse, but photos showed he was conscious when he was wheeled off the field.

— Supermodel Linda Evangelista is opening up about becoming “permanently deformed.” In an Instagram post, she claims this happened after a CoolSculpting fat-reduction procedure she did five years ago. She claims she has now developed paradoxical adipose hyperplasia which left her with hard tissue masses in different parts of her body. On Tuesday, she filed a lawsuit against Zeltiq Aesthetics Inc for 50-million dollars in damages. The suit claims the company “failed to adequately warn” Evangelista about the potential side effects.

— Billy Eichner is making history with his upcoming film “Bros.” The Hollywood Reporter says “Bro” is not only the first gay romantic comedy produced by a major studio at Universal Pictures, but it also has an all-LGBTQ principal cast. Even the heterosexual roles will be played by openly LGBTQ actors and actresses. “Bros” is set to follow two gay men “possibly, probably, stumbling toward love.”

— Britney Spears’ finance is speaking out about Netflix’s upcoming documentary about the singer. Sam Asghari commented on Netflix’s post of the trailer for “Britney vs Spears” saying “I hope the profit from these docs goes towards fighting against injustice #freebritney.” Additionally, Lady Gaga’s manager Bobby Campbell commented questioning where the profits of the documentary are going. He said there needs to be transparency about how or whether the filmmakers are profiting from the film. Campbell also encouraged Netflix to donate to Britney’s legal defense, or to “legal defense funds to aid those who do not have the financial resources to fight against undue conservatorships.” He noted even if the film is in support of Spears, it appears that it could be exploitive. Asghari responded to Campbell’s comment with the 100-emoji. “Britney vs Spears” is slated to come out next Tuesday.

— The latest “Matrix” movie premiere will be held in San Francisco. Sources confirm the U.S. debut of “The Matrix Resurrections” will take place in SF on December 18th, just four days before its worldwide release. Though there’s no official word on where the red carpet will be rolled out, rumors suggest the Castro Theatre or Moscone Center. “The Matrix 4” first started filming in The City By The Bay in February of 2020 and later continued in Berlin, Germany. It features Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss, Priyanka Chopra, Neil Patrick Harris, and Jada Pinkett Smith.

The first season told the story of “Joe Exotic,” who kept tigers, lions and other big cats at the G.W. Zoo in Wynnewood, Oklahoma. The second season was filmed in 2020 and part of 2021. No word who is in it. Joe Exotic, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage, remains locked up at a federal medical prison in Fort Worth, Texas.

— The woman whose rape lawsuit against Marilyn Manson got thrown out, is now providing more details. Rolling Stone reports the woman, identified as Jane Doe, amended the lawsuit on Thursday claiming Manson told her he would “bash her head in” if she reported his alleged crimes. A judge recently threw out the case saying the statute of limitations of the alleged crimes had passed. The amendment claims she should qualify for the delayed discovery rule because she repressed the memories of the alleged crimes. Meanwhile, Manson is still being sued by three other women for sex crimes.
