Pharrell Williams and Chanel have launched a new mentorship program.
Rapper Black Ambition and Luxury Fashion House, which offers a series of awards for “funding bold ideas and businesses led by black and Latin entrepreneurs,” feature mentorships, workshops and celebrity guests. Participated in a two-part initiative.

Black Ambition Award finalists will also be given access to Chanel’s leadership community and its professionals, giving them everything they need to know to get their business on track.
