Antonio Banderas, Jaime King and Tommy Flanagan have joined the cast of “Banshee”.
The trio has signed up for the lead role in an action film directed by John Keyes, described as “The Complex Story of Revenge and the Family.”
This movie follows a freelance assassin. Codenamed Banshee (King) and ambushed by Anthony Green (Flanagan). A powerful mercenary who killed his father, he is trying to raise money for her former black man, Caleb (Banderas). Mentor.
Caleb went underground five years ago. This causes a battle against time as Banshee must find and protect him before Green and his murderer’s army can defeat him.
Key Jesus said: “‘Banshee’ is a complex story of revenge and family, and it’s a dream to have this incredibly talented cast to bring these characters to life.”
The flick is produced by Yale Productions Jordan Ale Levin and Jordan Beckerman with Highland Mist Key Jesus. Matthew Rogers wrote the script after writing the movie “Survivalist” before the trio.
Yale Levin and Beckerman said:
“Antonio Banderas is a legend, and by starring in such a high-energy movie with Jaime King and Tommy Flanagan, the audience will stay at the edge of the seat.”
Banderas will also appear in the next cast of “Indiana Jones 5”.
The 61-year-old actor participated in an ensemble that included Harrison Ford, Mads Mikkelsen, and Phoebe Waller Bridge, but it’s not yet clear what role he will play.
