The situation in Afghanistan is clearly changing dramatically and tragically, and there is no way to ignore it. That’s not what the show’s writers / producers want. (The creators of the series are David Getch and Maria Ferrari, not Rolex.) I don’t know how the producers handle this, as the situation is still going on. But I hope someday they will announce how they take this opportunity and responsibility and the series will be serious in its topical and timely human comedy.
