Rose Byrne’s wedding was delayed by the coronavirus.
The “Bridesmaid” actress has had a relationship with Bobby Cannavale since 2012, trying to “avoid” to tie a knot, but expecting Rafa with her son Rocco (currently five). Sometimes the marriage was postponed, 3, and finally when they had the space and time to hitchhiking, a global health crisis struck.
Asked about the possibility of marriage, Rose said: It was like that.
“I love weddings and I know people [for whom] That’s important and I fully respect it.
“For us, I think it was just that, we didn’t do it, we do it, and — no! Pandemic.”
The “physical” actress and her family left New York early in the pandemic for their native Australia, where she remembered how uneasy her last days in the United States were.
She told The Sunday Times Style magazine: It was a very, very strange city atmosphere.
“Bobby and I went to see’The Girl in the North Country’on Broadway, and two days later, Broadway closed, and by that weekend it was terrible.
“Suddenly there was a tsunami, a tsunami where this terrifying thing came, and it just arrived, and it was like an oops. Then the people we knew started getting it. Bobby Lost a friend. “
But the family has no plans to stay down under forever.
Rose added: “Brooklyn is home.”
