Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan are making a new home in California and their statues at Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum in London have a new home too. The museum announced Thursday that Harry and Meghan’s waxworks now have a glitzier permanent home in the Awards Party zone. When the museum reopens Monday Harry and Meghan in wax will be next to wax likenesses of their real-life celebrity friends Priyanka Chopra Jones, Victoria and David Beckham, and George Clooney. They’ll be in the same neighborhood as A-listers Brad Pitt, Nicole Kidman, and Dwayne Johnson.
The museum moved the couple’s wax statues away from Queen Elizabeth and the rest of the royal family last year after their decision to step down from official duties.
Prince Harry says his father, Prince Charles, passed on “a lot of genetic pain and suffering” as he was growing up. Thirty-six-year-old Prince Harry also said his father treated him the way he was treated. The comment supports long-running rumors that Prince Charles had a strained relationship with his parents, Queen Elizabeth and the late Prince Philip. On Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert podcast, Prince Harry said, as a father to two-year-old Archie and a baby girl due this summer, he hopes to “break the cycle” of genetic pain and suffering.
Harry also said he started thinking about bowing out as a royal when he was in his 20s. That would seem to shoot down the notion that his wife, Duchess Meghan, was the motivation for him to leave the royal family.

Russia is now in a space race with Hollywood. It was announced last year that Tom Cruise would be the first movie star to go to the International Space Station, with his director Doug Liman, in October of 2021 with the goal of making the first feature film in space. Soon after, the Russian space agency said it was searching for “a real superhero” to go to the stars. On Thursday, officials announced that 36-year-old Russian TV and film star Yulia Peresild will be going to the ISS with her director, also in October. She’ll reportedly begin space training in June, including centrifuge tests and zero gravity flights. Her pre-flight boot camp will be documented for Russian TV.

The Sundance Film Festival is coming back to Park City, Utah for 2022, but it will have to have a different look. Organizers say they will use a hybrid format in January, with film showings in theaters and online. The move comes as the Festival is still working out details for creating COVID-safe environments for live audiences. The 2021 all-virtual festival drew over two-and-a-half times its usual crowd, even with fewer films showing.
